:much boost without pulling it out to replace pistons? When this happens, you might as well put lower comprression pistons. As soon a sthat happens, you have the NA converted to a TT:-) So wht not convert it the right way from teh beginning? Chevrolet LT-1s are 10.5:1 compression, same as a z32. Lt-1s have 2 more cylinders for 5.7 litres of insane hp. now slap on two efficient turbos, and pump the boost up to 4psi max, 7psi max with intercoolers. they've been doing these mods for a few years safely, and all you need is higher LB injectors, turbos, IC, and a good fabricator. (same goes for SCing an LT-1, but they run 3 or 5 psi pulleys.)
